CHOKBLOCK

CHOKBLOCK is a white iron casting bonded to a slotted backingplate of weldable structural steel which allows fitment to flat and curved surfaces.

CHOKBLOCK has a white iron hardness of 770 HV and resists wear from abrasion. Its metallurgical bond enables resistance to impact as well.

CHOKBLOCK can be used in extensive or selective areas. The slotted structural backing plate makes it possible to bend and weld it on curved applications.

CHOKBLOCK is suitable for mobile and fixed plant applications.

VIDABUTTON

VIDABUTTON is a white iron casting metallurgical bonded to a circular backing plate of weldable structural steel.

VIDABUTTON has a white iron hardness of 770 HV with additional carbides of 1500 HV.

VIDABUTTON has a circular and dome design to minimise effects of impact, resulting in less chance of loss.

VIDABUTTON is easy to position for effective wear resistance. It is proven in mining and construction of bucket applications.

MICROLEDGE are white iron castings of different size and weight welded on 65mm x 65mm angle iron with slotted attachment holes for optimum placement in chutes.

MICROLEDGE are simple to change out for reduced downtime.

MICROLEDGE is availble in sizes to suit most applications.
